To purchase a tag, your dog must be vaccinated against rabies and the vaccination must not be expired. You will be asked to provide vet clinic, rabies ID, and rabies expiration date during checkout. Your veterinarian may be contacted to verify accuracy of rabies information. Orders with incorrect rabies information are subject to cancellation.
